FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: floating-bell manometer has body 1 partially filled with liquid 2, bell 3 partially submerged into liquid with hole downwards, two input branch pipes 5 and 6. First branch pipe is coupled to upper part of space of body 1 and second branch pipe is connected to space of bell 3. Converter of movement of bell to electric signal is made in the form of resilient thread 7 produced from conductive rubber placed into insulation shell 8 made from elastic restoring material. Bent part of loop of thread 7 is made fast with face 9 to base 4 of bell 3 without any electric contact with the aid of washer 10 and insulation spacer 11, for instance. Second end of loop of thread 7 is made fast to upper wall of body 1. Ends of thread 7 are passed through upper wall 12 of body 1 with the help of sealing insulators in the form of washer 13 and spacer 14. Free ends 15 and 16 of lop of thread 7 are connected to inputs of ohmmeter 17. EFFECT: improved operational characteristics in measurement of pressure differentials. 1 dwg
