FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing suspension of cells taken from biptate of mucous membrane of rectum, then determining in the reaction of immunofluorescence the percentage of JgG, JgAl and JgA-containing cells and calculating the relation index of immunoglobulin-containing cells - JgG-cell + JgM-cell/JgA-cell. If said index is 2.0 and less, clinical improvement occurs ion 15-20 days. If this index is 2.4 and higher, clinical improvement sets in after 40 days and later, or conservative therapy process to be ineffectual. The method provides for early prognosticating efficiency of therapy. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
