FIELD: information storage. SUBSTANCE: recording of digital information is conducted by bipolar pulse electric field via multielement system of electrodes on rotating disc medium made of semiconductor material coated with thin dielectric film. Reproduction is performed via same system of electrodes by recognition of difference of capacitive coupling between electrodes and disc depending on polarity of voltage of recording pulse.
