FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: planting material before storage is dried to 8-10% humidity. It is kept at 10 C not less, 15-30 d before planting temperature is gradually decreased up to 0.5-0.8 C. Then it is planted under conditions of protected ground at winter-early spring period. In 2.5-3 wk after planting green plants are harvested. EFFECT: improved efficiency.
