FIELD: agriculture, in particular, production of bolting winter sorts of garlic seed material. SUBSTANCE: method involves collecting aboveground bulbs; storing in winter at temperature of 18-20 C; planting in spring and gathering underground bulbs in autumn; storing seed material and dividing it into two parts; using one part for fall planting and growing newly obtained seed material; storing other part in winter at temperature of 18-20 C and planting in spring for growing and harvesting product in the form of single-lobe bulbs applicable for commercial processing. EFFECT: improved quality of seed material and intensified process.
