FIELD: biological tissue handling technics. SUBSTANCE: device contains working element with nail-up arrangement, provided with device manipulation handle, and power supply unit controlling operation of device connected through current ducts with working element. Nail-up arrangement is constructed in the form of cold-accumulation coil consisting of two longitudinal electrically insulated parts. Working element is shaped as a curved metal rod attaching coil with its ends, whereas main part of coil is covered with heat insulation layer. Between longitudinal coil parts, additional, electrically insulated from each other longitudinal parts may be disposed.
