DEVICE FOR DISSECTION OF SCAR TISSUES AROUND EXTRAVASCULAR FRAGMENT OF ELECTROCARDIOSTIMULATOR ELECTRODE Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B17/3209 A61B18/12

Abstract RU 2463976 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to devices for dissection of scar tissues around extravascular fragment of electrocardiostimulator electrode. Device includes string electrode-knife, connected with electrocoagulator, separator of scar tissue from electrode in form of shute-shaped element with shapened edge, made with possibility of sliding on electrode in direction of dissection, fixed in case by one end. Electrode-knife in form of string is installed on external surface of shute-shaped element near its other end and is fixed to case in plane, passing through longitudinal axis of shute-shared element.

EFFECT: application of invention will make it possible to separate electrodes from biological tissue without destructing its integrity and with possibility of their re-use.
