Composition contains also diethyleneglycoldinitrate or triethyleneglycoldinitrate or their mixture or triacetine as plasticizer for nitrocellulose. Mass ratio nitrocellulose and diethyleneglycoldinitrate or triethyleneglycoldinitrate or their mixture is (40-50): (60-50), mass ratio nitrocellulose and triacetine being (45-68): (55-32).
