FIELD: fireworks compositions. SUBSTANCE: composition has, wt.-%: nitrocellulose 29-53; hardly volatile plasticizer 12-38; potassium perchlorate or alkaline or alkaline-earth metal nitrates, or their mixture 5-35; aluminium or magnesium, or aluminium-magnesium alloy, or cast iron pellets, or titanium, or alloy of iron with silicon 5-40; centralite 0.3-2.0; diphenylamine 0.3-2.0; zinc stearate 0.3-1.5; magnesium stearate 0.01-0.5; industrial or equipment oil 0.5-2.0; fluoroplastic 0.5-2.0; chrome hydroxide 0.01-0.1, and flame-coloring additions - the rest. Method of composition preparing involves treatment of metallic fuel with 0.9-1.1% aqueous solution of sodium or potassium bichromate at 65-90 C for 30-60 min at mass ratio of solid and liquid phases = (1:3)-(1:5), addition of water-soluble magnesium salt, sodium or potassium stearate, and after stirring other components were added. Fireworks member is made as coaxial cylinders of equal height, external diameter of preliminary cylinder is equal to internal diameter of previous one and face surfaces were covered with insulating noninflammable composition. Method of fireworks member making involves coextrusion of central cord and external shell. EFFECT: enhanced quality of composition, improved method of preparing. 11 cl, 4 tbl, 5 dwg
