FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: coil of rolled material is installed on a bed. The material cut to strips by a set of knives of a knife unit is wound on spools of a winding unit through a distributing roller in the upper part of the bed and a tensioning unit. The tensioning unit is made in the form of two levers. The levers are pivotally mounted on the bed under the distributing roller symmetrically relative to the vertical plane of symmetry. Tension rollers are mounted on one arms of the levers, and counterweights - on the other ones. Electrostatic charge removing device in the form of two bypass rollers and current collecting buses is located ahead the winding unit. The bypass rollers are symmetrically mounted relative to the plane of symmetry, and the current collecting busses are mounted on the ends of an elbow-lever mechanism and face the bypass rollers. The winding unit has main and additional friction drums and spools on holders pressed to them symmetrically located on the bed relative to the plane of symmetry.
