FIELD: treatment of economic-and- domestic, cattle-breeding and other sewage followed by recycling water to fish-breeding ponds, recycled water supply and irrigated agriculture. SUBSTANCE: plant has aerotank with a sludge collecting chamber at its lower part, a pump station with a sewage water collecting chamber, vacuum tank, feces pumps provided with shut-off fittings, a pipe system. The plant further has a feed tube attached via a damper to a pressure collector of the pump station, and vertical pipes of different height provided with ejectors. The aerotank perimeter. Sewage feed apertures are formed lengthwise the feed tube. Recirculating pipe is attached to the pipeline communicating the upper part of aerotank with a damping vessel of a settling tank, the recirculating pipe having a damper and a jet aerator located at its end. At the upper part of the pipeline and on the waste tube of the settling tank transparent tube portions are set up provided with selective pickups to make a control on the most typical pollutions. The plant is provided with a control unit for the damper, dosers and timers and also with pickups responsive for the water temperature and the sludge level in the settling tank, and with dosers for supplying alkaline into sludge collecting chamber equipped with temperature pickups and pH-meters.
