FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: neutralizing mixture of Diesel fuel or alcohol solution of a catalyzer enters a cylinder of the engine. Organic compositions as formic acid, acetic acid, and oxalic acid salts of barium, calcium, nickel, cobalt, chromium, and ferrum are used as a catalyzer. Producing and supplying the mixture to the cylinders begins at a load exceeding 10% of nominal load. With further increasing the load concentration of the catalyzer increases up to 0.04 g/mol per 1 kg of fuel. EFFECT: decreased smoking of exhaust gases. 4 cl, 2 dwg
