FIELD: wind-electric power engineering. SUBSTANCE: windwheel has semi-cylindrical blades joined with vertical shaft by means of horizontal top and bottom crosspieces with vertical supports inbetween. Blades are built up of several sections each hinged on vertical support, provided with adjusting weight with lock and guide bar; weight is mounted for displacement over guide bar.
