FIELD: aircraft engineering. SUBSTANCE: rivet has cylindrical case with manufactured head and axial opening wherein a core is fitted with tension. The core has a head at its one end and technological shank with a tearing neck at the other end. Working part with retaining part, which is made from the tearing neck, is abutted upon the head. Surface of the retaining part is provided with a inclined knurling whose outer diameter is less than diameter of the working part by 0.1-0.2 mm. An angle between guides of knurl teeth and an axis of the core is equal to 5-10. The opening made in the case is step-shaped and corresponds to the core members received within it. Diameter of the step for retaining part is less than outer diameter of the knurling. Length of the retaining parts equal to l1+ + (1.0-1.2) mm, where l1 is length of the opening step up to the retaining part. When the core is drawn in the case metal of the case fills grooves of the knurling. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of the riveted joint. 2 cl, 6 dwg
