FIELD: machine engineering, namely rivets for single-side riveting. SUBSTANCE: rivet includes body having embedded head at one side, inlet concave chamfer at other side and axial threaded opening in which screw is arranged. Screw has head at one end and break-off technological stem at other end. Rivet also includes deformed member placed on screw between screw head and inlet concave chamfer of body. Deformed member is in the form of hollow three-step sleeve with constant outer diameter and axial opening. Step with large inner diameter is arranged at side of screw head. Relation of thickness value of wall with smallest inner diameter to thickness of wall of second step is in range 1.25-1.4. Thickness value of wall of second step consists (0.1-0.15)d, where d is diameter of rivet body. Total length of deformed member and length of its second step are equal to (1.3-1.42)d and (0.6-0.78)d, respectively. Length of cylindrical portion of screw between head and run-out and also length of threaded portion of screw between run-out and break-off groove are equal, respectively, to (0.2-0.3)d and (1.4-3.2)d.
