FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: abrasive-like powder and binder are interposed between the friction surfaces. Serpentinite, which contains mass % : MgO, CaO 20-60, SiO4Al2O3-20-60, H2O 3-10 and rock admixture 3-10, is used as the abrasive-like material. The mixture is preliminary activated mechanically using pressure fluctuations 0.01-1 MPa at temperature 40-100C. Mixing of the composition interposed between the friction surfaces and running in of them are carried out at the temperature of the mechanical activation. EFFECT: simplified method.
