FIELD: separating gaseous mixture components. SUBSTANCE: method involves the steps of: feeding an initial neon-helium mixture from and air separating apparatus through heat exchanger 15 and heat exchanger of column cube 1 to sections 3-6 for rectification and to dephlegmators 7-8 for step-wise refluxing with liquid nitrogen and then to dephlegmator for final refluxing, throttling the enriched neon-helium mixture in throttle valve 10 and separating in separator 11, a gaseous phase being used as a final product. The method is characterized in that prior to final refluxing oxygen in amounts of 1-2 volumes of nitrogen is added into the neon-helium mixture. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
