FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the device for neon concentration in air mixtures containing neon installed in the air separation plant (ASP). The device includes mixture source of ASP and is equipped with dephlegmator 3 of raw neon-helium mixture and membrane unit containing two apparatus 1, 2, connected in series. Membrane apparatus 1, 2 contain membrane made of polymer fibers based on polysulphon. Membrane unit is equipped with recuperative heat exchanger 7, and ASP - with additional dephlegmator 4. Outlet line of the high-pressure chamber 8 of the first apparatus 1 is connected to the inlet of additional neon dephlegmator 4 through the recuperative heat exchanger 7 cooling the mixture. Inlet line of the high-pressure chamber 8 of the first apparatus 1 is connected to the same heat exchanger 7 ensuring temperature of neon-helium mixture up to 263K. Outlet line of the low-pressure chamber 9 of the first apparatus 1 is connected through pressing compressor 6 and recuperative heat exchanger 7 to the inlet lie of high-pressure chamber 10 of the second apparatus 2. Outlet line of the low-pressure chamber 11 of the second apparatus 2 is connected to the pipeline 18 used to separate target product - neon-helium concentrate. Outlet line of the high-pressure chamber 10 of the second apparatus 2 is connected for the recirculation to the inlet of the high-pressure chamber 8 of the first apparatus 1.
EFFECT: high efficiency of gas separation of neon-helium mixture, neon grade of extraction is almost 100%.
