FIELD: pulse technics. SUBSTANCE: device has control signal generator, output signal read-write circuit, channel for generation of linearly variable voltage, which has source for reference voltage, integrator with time-determining RC-circuit, reset circuit and circuit for switch of operating modes. Time distortion compensation circuit having two generators of single positive pulses with differential tuning of duration is introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Inputs of two generators of single positive pulses are connected in parallel. Their outputs are connected to NOT-2OR gate. Input of circuit for time distortion compensation is connected to output of step voltage generator. output of circuit for time distortion compensation is connected to input of introduced generator of positive reading pulses with short duration. Reset circuit is made in two electronic switches of diode transistor and thyristor which control electrode is control input of reset circuit. Reset circuit is connected to circuit for switch of operating modes which is made in bipolar transistor which collector is connected to output of channel for generation of step voltage, to signal input of circuit for output signal reading/writing. The latter circuit is connected to analog memory gate and to output bus of transducer through repeater with high-resistance and low-resistance inputs. EFFECT: increased precision of conversion while range of converted time intervals is increased. 2 dwg
