FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting the inguinal canal, separating hernial sac, ligating and ablating its neck, stitching the entire transverse fascia with U-shaped sutures beginning from outer edge of aponeurosis of rectum muscle of abdomen up to inguinal ligament, gathering it by threads into folds up to normal dimensions of deep inguinal ring and inguinal space, tying up the sutures, placing the spermatic cord into formed bed, stitching the inguinal ligament by U-shaped sutures with threads in staggered order and fixing to it the medial layer of the front wall of inguinal canal by the same threads. EFFECT: lower traumatism of surgical intervention and prophylaxis of relapses by restoring anatomic and physiological features of inguinal canal.
