FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing hernial defect by suturing pelvic portion of the peritoneum to parietal portion of the peritoneum in the region of superomedial boundaries of the inguinal space and cutting out two aponeurotic rectangular grafts from the posterior wall of the inguinal canal. One of them is taken from exterior oblique muscle aponeurosis along the inguinal canal. The second one is taken from vagina of musculus rectum abdominalis at the level of internal inguinal ring. Free ends of the grafts are fixed in turn, first from exterior oblique muscle aponeurosis, then from vagina of musculus rectum abdominalis to the pectineal ligament between the pubic tubercle and exterior iliac vein and to interior oblique muscle and inguinal ligament. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of operation. 3 dwg
