FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is made on the base of thermally stabilized semiconductor two-frequency generator on the base of Gunn-diode. The first harmonic of the generator is put under load of stabilizing resonator. The second harmonic is connected through microwave switch which blocks external radiation during breaks between procedures. The second harmonic is connected with removable (horn or contact) radiation sources which are covered with radio-absorption layer. Operation of the device is completely automated, it has light and sound indication of operation mode and alarm system of turning-off of the device if frequency or radiation power excess over specified range.
