Therapeutic service abilities of the apparatus are considerably widened due to expansion of the service frequency band and realization of automatic and manual search of individual therapeutic frequencies (quasi-noise) without replacement of the oscillator unit. Changed-over current sources are introduced in the control unit to feed the avalanche transit time diode with a device for current smoothing at a change-over of the current sources.
