FIELD: organic chemistry, derivatives of nucleotides. SUBSTANCE: product - N4-acyl-derivatives of 2′-deoxycytidine of the general formula given in description. Yield is 90-94% . Reagent 1: 2′-deoxyxytidine. Reagent 2: acetic anhydride, benzoic anhydride, isobutyric anhydride. Reaction conditions: in the medium of N, N′-dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide or trimethylphosphate at molar ratio deoxycytidine: anhydride: solvent = 1: (4-15): (26-40).
