FIELD: biorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: claimed invention describes process for preparing deoxynucleoside-$$$- triphosphates of general formula: $$$ wherein B is thimin-1-yl, cytozin-1-yl, adenin-1-yl or guanin-1-yl which are widely used in molecular, biology, biotechnology and medicine. Title compounds are prepared by reacting corresponding dioxynucleoside-$$$- monophosphate with activating reagent and reacting the resulting derivative with tri-n-butyl ammonium pyrophosphate. The activating reagent is first triluoroacetic acid anhydride and its excess amount is then removed from reaction mixture and N-methylimidazole is then removed. Activation reaction is carried out in aprotic solvent in the presence of tertiary amine. EFFECT: greater yield of the desired product, faster rate of its formation and reduced manufacturing cost of the claimed process. 3 cl
