FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: gear to excavate concretionary deposits from sea floor includes hollow drum with buckets positioned over outer shell towed across sea floor. Close to each bucket there is made hole in shell shut with non-return clack vale opening inward. When towed with vessel across sea floor drum rotates and grasps soil with concretions by means of buckets which acts on clack valves with its mass opening them when buckets are in upper position over circumference of drum and filling inner space of drum with soil and concretions. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced working efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
