FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: unit for collection of magnetic concretions from sea bottom includes cylindrical magnetic picker with spring-loaded scraper contacting picker cylindrical surface and vessel for collected concretions. Magnetic picker is made in form of vessel for collecting concretions and secured to towing clamp with longitudinal rods. Picker external surface has longitudinal slots closed with gates and located over circumference. Unit has levers rigidly connected with gates and located in plane of longitudinal rods of towing clamp and bearing platform attached to longitudinal rods for interaction with gate levers for gate opening in upper position.
