FIELD: physical simulation. SUBSTANCE: device for aerodynamic simulating of land vehicles has shield 1 with farings 2, working surface 5 tray 6 and air duct 7. Shield 1 is mounted on supports 3 in wind tunnel 4 with a gap over resting surface 10 of model 8 mounted in sting 9. The device can be provided with working surfaces 5 and farings 2 of shield 1 of different profiles and adapted for their fast replacement. EFFECT: widened experimental capabilities due to testing vehicles of different profiles of their resting surfaces and widened range of vehicles to be tested with reduced time required for readjustment of the device. 5 dwg
