FIELD: UHF radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: oscillator has piece of rectangular wave guide which is short-circuited at its end. Two diodes are inserted at the distance that corresponds to quarter of wave length from end of wave guide. One diode oscillates. Resonator is made as slot diaphragm. Distance between diodes and between end of slot which is nearest to diode corresponds to equation given in invention specification. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities.
