FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to generation of electric oscillations. Designed transistor generator with electronic frequency tuning, preferably of millimeter wavelength range, is characterized by maximum high output frequencies of up to 150 GHz with an extended adjustment range and can be successfully used in UHF transceiving devices, medical devices of EHF therapy and radar sensors. Generator is waveguide-integral and has two dielectric substrates installed in the waveguide parallel to its longitudinal axis and perpendicular to the wide wall so that they are located on both sides of its middle. On one of the substrates there is a transistor, for example, a field source, the gate, gate and drain of which are connected to the first, second and third conducting surfaces located on the surface of the said substrate, respectively.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of phase noise.
