FIELD: automation and computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has positive reference voltage power supply 1, negative reference voltage power supply 1′, positive direct voltage power supply 2, negative direct voltage power supply 2′, N identical discharging generators 3 having positive polarity, N identical discharging generators 3′′ having negative polarity. All generators are connected to common loading. In addition device has 2N two-state analog switches 5 and 5′, 2N input setting tuning resistors 6 and 6′, 2N NAND gates 7 and 7′, RS-flip-flop 8. Converter can be used in instrument as programmable stabilized power supply. EFFECT: increased precision of conversion in wide range of current levels, increased dynamic range, increased functional capabilities, decreased power consumption. 1 dwg
