FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: traditional therapy includes additionally a solution of dry women's foremilk plasma whose concentration is calculated by the content of secretory immunoglobulin A in plasma. This solution is used as additional food. Daily dose is 0.2-1.2 g of immunoglobulin per 1 kg of infant's body weight. This dose is divided into 2-4 portions given at equal intervals between feedings. EFFECT: reduced duration of treatment.
