FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: patient is involved into hypnotic, meditation, trance or autogenic state by suggestion of involuntary movement of patient's hand. In addition patient is informed about sequence of operations and possible sensations that may appear during transition into hypnotic, meditation, trance or autogenic states. When patient reaches psychic readiness to transit into hypnotic, meditation, trance or autogenic state, he raise his hand. Then he is suggested that it is lowered without active muscular efforts. Patient transits into said states while his hand is moving. Introduction finishes when hand touches some surface. EFFECT: simplified transition into hypnotic states. 1 tbl
