FIELD: machine tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: device has casing 1, main motion drive, chuck, base member 6 for workpiece 2 and cutter holder with cutting tool 23. Shaft 10 is mounted in casing 1 for rotation, one end of the shaft carries gear 12 kinematically connected with the main motion drive, the other end carries a cam with the main (8) and auxiliary (9) grooves, each of them being outlined by equidistances and with the cutter holder moving mechanism made as rotary lever 13 with shaft 15 that is hinge-joined with casing 1, shaft 15 carries main roller 16 and double-arm lever 17. Auxiliary roller 18 is mounted on one of the lever arms, and the cutter holder - on the other arm, the cutter holder is made as rotary bush 20 with levers fixed on it, one of the levers is spring-loaded. The other roller (22) is designed to carry the cutting tool, each of the rollers is designed for engagement with the respective groove, and the base member is made as a bed fixed on a cam.
