The tool has a pusher with a hollow, a bearing, a fork balancing device made in the form of equally rigid plate springs. The pusher is mounted in the body hole and engages with the load-carrying spring. The fork pin is mounted in the pusher hollow for rotation around the longitudinal axle, the bearing is mounted between the pusher and fork ends. The plate springs are symmetrically located relative to the body hole and by one side are fastened to the body in cantilever, and by the other one are mounted in the fork slot for longitudinal movement.
