FIELD: plastic metal working; surface plastic deforming. SUBSTANCE: tool has rotor made of nonferrous material, and jaws, which form internal chamber. Deforming members are mounted inside annular chamber for spatial movement. The jaws are made of non-ferrous material. Magnetic field sources are mounted symmetrically to plane of symmetry of annular chamber. One magnetic field source is mounted onto the rotor in coaxial with the rotor, the other source is mounted inside the hole of the case. Each magnetic field source is made with poles, which are disposed uniformly in alternation along the curved line, which restricts surface of the source. Minimal value of space between edge surfaces of the source is equal to sum of their edge beatings. Maximal space value does not excess over width of annular chamber.
