Supply unit has post with holes for passage of steam. Installed on frame is package with thread which is brought outside through thread guide. Located under supply unit is relaxation unit which is provided with steam pipeline with dissector and adjusting valve connected by means of link with bobbin holder and outlet for discharge of condensate.
