FIELD: textile machines. SUBSTANCE: device has winding shaft 1, rod 4 with thread carriers 5, controlled electric motor 8 to drive rod, microcomputer to control electric motor and winding shaft turning angle pickup 19. Rod is hinge-connected with crank mechanism connecting rod kinematically coupled with controlled motor. Length of crank is equal to half of bobbin length and it rotates in one direction. Winding shaft turning angle pickup is electrically coupled with microcomputer. Crank is made in form of disk or gear with holes to provide changing of its length. Crank shaft can be moved along machine by auxiliary electric motor. Ratio of lengths of crank and connecting rod does not exceed 0.2. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 cl, 5 dwg
