FIELD: alcohol industry. SUBSTANCE: apple juice is alcoholized to give 25 % alcoholic apple juice product. Fruit juice waters from red ashberry, cranberry and black ashberry are mixed together, the resulting admixture is allowed to stay for 1-2 days, filtered to remove the precipitated residue and mixed together with 807,6 l of sugar syrup, 22.73 kg of citric acid, 834.5 l of 25 % alcohol-containing apple juice and highly rectified spirit-water mixture with 25 % alcohol content at rate of juice waters of 1303 l, 583 l and 407, respectively. The resulting mixture is kept to mature for 24 hrs, filtered to give the end product. EFFECT: high production quality.
