SUBSTANCE: sweet liqueur contains the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: chokeberry fruit drink of Ist and IInd dischargings, 2300-2600; brandy, 190-220; anistree aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist and IInd dischargings, 8-9; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of chokeberry branches and leaves of Ist discharging, 7.5-8.5; orange oil alcoholic solution, 0.1-0.2; lemon oil alcoholic solution, 0.3-0.5; vanilin alcoholic solution, 0.4-0.6; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 1700-1800; liqueur also has, kg: citric acid, up to mass concentration of acids 0.4 g/100 cu.cm; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance.
