The jaws are mounted for reciprocating in the direction perpendicular to the movable plate movement. The ends of the tension links with jaws are positioned for engagement with a stop. The stop is movably mounted. The link ends with jaws are tied in the direction of the tension link by springs and tension members. The springs of each plate are interconnected by a central fastening member. A sheet material table is fastened to the central fastening member of the stationary plate.
