SUBSTANCE: in structural member of the column type containing concrete, longitudinal and lateral reinforcement bars combined in a space frame, longitudinal and lateral spiral reinforcements installed inside the space frame, the longitudinal spiral reinforcement is installed inside the space frame over the entire length of the structural member and made in the form of longitudinal rows of separate longitudinal spirals each; the row members of the lateral spiral reinforcement are laid between the turns of separate longitudinal spirals for their joining in a single row; the spacing between these members in the lateral spiral reinforcement is equal to their diameter, and the interrow members of the lateral spiral reinforcement are laid in the turns of the longitudinal spirals of the longitudinal rows between the row lateral members of the spiral reinforcement for joining of the longitudinal and lateral spiral reinforcements into a single reinforcement system; the axes of the longitudinal, row and interrow lateral spiral reinforcements in this system are mutually perpendicular. Besides, the space frame is made of two plane frames mounted at a distance from each other and joined in the joints of the longitudinal and lateral reinforcement bars by clips in the form of separate bars with hook-like bends at the ends.
