FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing the reinforcing cage for reinforcing the concrete products consists in the arrangement of bulk spiral springs parallel to each other in the formwork with crossing of coils of adjacent springs and formation of coils of the closed cells in places of coil crossing in order to join them into a single cage. The reinforcing cage can consist of bulk spiral springs designed in plan in the form of circle of triangle, rhombus, rectangle, and may have in this case the cylindrical or conical or pyramidal shape, as well as constant or variable density of coils by the spring height.
EFFECT: creation of method for manufacturing the reinforcing cage for concrete products is maximum adapted to the conditions of the construction site, easy to assemble and reliable in operation, and construction of the reinforcing cage, adapted to the conditions of its making both of high-strength metal wire and composite wire.
