FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: process can be employed for manufacture of fixtures, of reinforcements for seismic-stable reinforced concrete structures, of individual structural and decorative members. Turns of spiral wire rods or closed rings are laid one right up to another and interwelded in specified points. Procedure of their implementation is chosen depending on required form of cells of skeleton, their relative positions, geometry and mechanical properties of skeleton column. Obtained wire rod is extended in axial direction with needed elongation coefficient. Spiral can have variable diameter of turns. In process of extension there can be used separable auxiliary members which limit elongation coefficient across specified sections of spiral. EFFECT: raised efficiency of process. 3 cl, 7 dwg
