Found on outer surface of pipe between above-mentioned connections are ribs conjugated by apexes with inner space of housing over greater part of perimeter of its cross-section. Heater has at least one heating element installed on outer surface of housing between above-mentioned connections. Longitudinal clearance is formed opposite to heating element between inner surface of housing and rib apexes. EFFECT: enhanced operation reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
