FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: fluid enters a metering reservoir through a feed pipeline. The downtake branch pipe of a bellow is closed by a shutoff member in the form of a disk. The disk is positioned in a funnel on the end of a drain branch pipe of the bellow and is fastened to a double-arm lever which second arm is made from a ferromagnetic material. The air is bled through an air valve located in the upper part of the bellow camber before it is filled with a fluid. The beginning and the end of dose drain are defined by the rate of tightening of the shutoff member. The rate of tightening and, hence, the value of the dose of the shutoff member is controlled by positioning of a permanent magnet fastened to an outer bracket of the funnel and engageable with the arm, and also by a displaceable weight.
