FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: drive 19 for vertical reciprocation is coupled to the top part of a siphon through a rod. Bellows inserts 5,6, which change the volume of the siphon in operation of the drive, are arranged under the top part of the siphon. Conical nozzles 10-16 are positioned under the bellows inserts. Nozzles 10-12 are received in suction branch pipe 7 of the siphon with larger bases being pointed downward. Nozzles 13-16 are mounted inside branch pipe 18 of the siphon with smaller bases being pointed downward. The siphon has nozzle 17 on the face. Draining of fluid batch begins after setting the siphon in operation. As the result, bellows inserts 5,6 are stretched or compressed due to resistance difference of conical nozzles. The fluid batch is braked down in the branch pipe (stretching) or accelerates through branch pipe 8 (compression). EFFECT: enhanced accuracy. 1 dwg
