FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: depending on the position of the partition of a metering reservoir a fluid enters one of its chambers through a pipeline. The dose is drained into a corresponding intermediate tank after a bellow lowered into this chamber is filled. The end of a downtake branch pipe bent to the radial wall of the intermediate tank makes for production of a reactive force of the outlet fluid jet which surmounts the force which draws a ferromagnetic thrust to a permanent magnet. The tank together with the ferromagnetic thrust and bellows rotates on a vertical axle of rotation until it rests against the other magnet fastened to an adjacent radial wall of the other intermediate tank, and another chamber of the metering chamber is brought under the feed pipeline.
