FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: sensitive member of device responding to pressure of ground is in the form of longitudinal envelope with inner surfaces having low friction factor. Envelope houses flexible steel tape. Device also has driven drum, dynamometer with displacement transducer and system of blocks designed for pulling steel tape through envelope loaded with ground and fixation of pulling force and position of tape end. Ground pressure is determined according to drop of force of pulling of tape through sensitive member, i. e. through longitudinal envelope. EFFECT: enhanced measuring accuracy. 2 dwg
