FIELD: analytical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: chromatographic column is provided with a conic chuck and is mounted within it orthogonally to its longitudinal axis. The chuck has mirror inner surface and its interior is filled with an immersion liquid with a refraction index and transmission spectrum which values approximately math the same of material of a pass-trough cell (preferably quarts, glycerin). The conic chuck is provided with a cylindric lens and mirror which are mounted at the end-faces of the chuck, an angle between generating lines of the conic chuck being determined by mathematical expression given in the invention description.
